Deleting your TeRa account
You can delete your account and your data at any time. There are two ways.
From inside the app
- Open TeRa and choose the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm. The account is deleted at once.
Without the app
If you no longer have TeRa installed, email privacy@primeoffice.id from any address and state the WhatsApp number of your account. We confirm through WhatsApp that the number is yours before deleting, and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: WhatsApp number, name and language choice.
- All sign-in sessions and device registrations for notifications.
- The link between you and the messages you received.
What is kept
The record that a message was sent, and whether it was read, stays for the sender's statistics, but without your number and with no link to you. If you register again with the same number, that new account starts with an empty inbox.
